Four ways manual work becomes
a system.

Scattered information gets captured, structured, connected and automated: turning manual work into scalable digital systems.

WordPress Website

Technical platforms for companies with deep product catalogues.

A WordPress platform built for companies with real catalogues, not five-page brochures. Custom Post Types replace the chaos of everything living in Pages: products, news, knowledge articles, suppliers and job listings each get their own structure and fields. Taxonomies make filtering possible across category, manufacturer, certification and more. Navigation can be built from the taxonomy itself, so a mega menu updates as the catalogue grows instead of needing manual maintenance. URLs and breadcrumbs are handled with custom code so every page is structured for both visitors and search engines. Performance, caching, image compression, firewall protection and GDPR consent are configured as standard, not afterthoughts.

Custom Plugin

Custom-built plugins that read, classify and import product data at scale.

When a plugin needs to read PDFs, the real work is in what happens after. A custom-built plugin connects to whatever processing makes sense for the job, often a language model, and gets back structured data: part numbers, specifications, certifications, categories. That data is mapped to a real taxonomy with fixed categories and standards so the output always matches what the website expects. Duplicate detection prevents the same file being imported twice. Fuzzy matching handles naming variations across manufacturers or suppliers. The result is a tool that lives inside WordPress and turns a document into a structured, published entry in minutes, not hours.

Automation & Integration

Systems connected so the same data is never entered twice.

Most automation problems are not really automation problems. They are data structure problems wearing a workflow tool as a disguise. Before connecting a folder to a spreadsheet to a website import, the underlying fields, categories and formats need to be defined clearly enough that a model or an API call can work with them reliably. That is the part most automations skip, and it is the part that determines whether the output is usable. A scenario that watches a folder, extracts the data, and writes a clean row to a spreadsheet or directly into a system looks simple from the outside. It works because of the structure underneath it.

Data & Dashboards

Dashboards connected to your real data, built around real decisions.

A dashboard is only as useful as the data feeding it and the question it is built to answer. The work starts with connecting the right sources, things like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, sales data or any spreadsheet a team already relies on, then structuring that data so it updates itself instead of needing manual refreshes. What comes out the other side is a dashboard built around the specific decisions a team actually makes, not a generic template of vanity metrics. Export and import between tools is handled so the same numbers do not get retyped in three different places.

Most projects start with one of these. Many turn into more once the first one proves out.
